The fund which was released alongside the allocations from the Federal Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC) was paid to each state government. The accountant general of the federation, Idris Ahmed, while announcing this in a statement on Monday said the federal government released the funds to enable Nigerians have a better Christmas celebration. Nigerian singer, Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Small Doctor has come out to debunk the rumour that he is an ex-convict. The seasoned artiste in an interview with Saturday Beats recently revealed why he went to prison. He disclosed a bit of what he has done in the past that got him to where he is today. He revealed the following; "It is true that I was a bus conductor and a commercial motorcyclist.
